Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup lime juice (fresh preferred)
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Corn or flour tortillas, for serving
Optional toppings: avocado, red cabbage, queso fresco, sour cream
Directions
- Add chicken, lime juice, broth, cilantro, olive oil, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
- Shred chicken in the slow cooker and mix with the juices.
- Serve in tortillas with fresh toppings.
