Slow Cooker Guinness Corned Beef

Ingredients
3 lb corned beef brisket (with seasoning packet)
1 bottle (12 oz) Guinness stout beer
4 cups beef broth
1 onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, smashed
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Place onions and garlic in the slow cooker. Add corned beef, seasoning packet, brown sugar, and black pepper.
- Pour Guinness and beef broth over the top.
- Cook on low for 8-9 hours until tender.
- Slice and serve with your favorite sides.
