Slow Cooker Pineapple Salsa Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 jar (16 oz) pineapple salsa (or mix 1 cup salsa + 1 cup crushed pineapple)

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt, to taste

  • Cooked rice or quinoa, for serving

  • Optional: sliced avocado, jalapeño, cilantro for topping

Directions

  • Add chicken, salsa, pineapple (if using separately), chili powder, garlic powder, and salt to the slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
  • Shred chicken and serve over rice or quinoa with toppings.
