Slow Cooker Pineapple Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 jar (16 oz) pineapple salsa (or mix 1 cup salsa + 1 cup crushed pineapple)
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt, to taste
Cooked rice or quinoa, for serving
Optional: sliced avocado, jalapeño, cilantro for topping
Directions
- Add chicken, salsa, pineapple (if using separately), chili powder, garlic powder, and salt to the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
- Shred chicken and serve over rice or quinoa with toppings.
