Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp Swerve brown (or other keto-friendly sweetener)

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 4 cups riced cauliflower

  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Directions

  • In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain grease.
  • Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, sweetener, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Simmer 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cook cauliflower rice and season with a bit of salt.
  • Serve beef mixture over cauliflower rice, topped with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

  • Add a fried egg on top for extra protein and flavor.
