Ingredients
1 ½ lbs ground beef
3 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp Swerve brown (or other keto-friendly sweetener)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp grated ginger
½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
4 cups riced cauliflower
2 green onions, chopped
Sesame seeds for garnish
Directions
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain grease.
- Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, sweetener, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Simmer 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook cauliflower rice and season with a bit of salt.
- Serve beef mixture over cauliflower rice, topped with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Add a fried egg on top for extra protein and flavor.
