  • 0.5 cup soy sauce

  • 0.25 cup rice vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

  • 1 teaspoon sriracha

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Directions

  • In a small saucepan, combine the soy sauce and rice vinegar over medium heat. Stir gently and bring it to a light simmer.
  • Add the honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger into the saucepan. Mix until the honey has completely dissolved.
  • Increase the heat slightly and add the sriracha for spice. Continue stirring for a couple of minutes.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool. Add sesame seeds before serving over the rice of your choice.
