Ingredients
0.5 cup soy sauce
0.25 cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
1 teaspoon sriracha
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Directions
- In a small saucepan, combine the soy sauce and rice vinegar over medium heat. Stir gently and bring it to a light simmer.
- Add the honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger into the saucepan. Mix until the honey has completely dissolved.
- Increase the heat slightly and add the sriracha for spice. Continue stirring for a couple of minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool. Add sesame seeds before serving over the rice of your choice.
