Chili Cheese Tater Tot Casserole
A cozy, hearty dinner that feels like chili night—just with tots.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) chili with beans
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (28–32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
- Optional: chopped green onions or sour cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain fat. Stir in chili.
- Spread into greased 9×13 dish. Top with half the cheese.
- Arrange tater tots over the top and bake for 40 minutes.
- Add remaining cheese and bake 5–10 more minutes.
- Serve with green onions or sour cream if desired.
Tip: Use leftover homemade chili if you have it!
