Ham and Broccoli Tater Tot Casserole

A hearty, creamy bake that’s perfect for using up leftover ham.
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped cooked ham
- 1½ cups broccoli florets (lightly steamed)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom or cheddar soup
- ½ cup milk
- 1½ cups shredded Swiss or cheddar cheese
- 1 (28–32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix soup, milk, cheese, ham, and broccoli.
- Spread in a greased 9×13 dish. Top with tater tots.
- Bake 40–45 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Tip: Swap in cauliflower or peas if you’re out of broccoli.
