Tater Tot Taco Bake
Taco Tuesday, but baked and tot-covered. What’s not to love?

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- ½ cup salsa
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
- 1½ cups shredded Mexican-blend cheese
- 1 (28–32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook beef, drain fat, add taco seasoning and salsa. Simmer 5 minutes.
- Stir in beans. Spread in greased 9×13 pan.
- Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese. Top with tater tots.
- Bake 40 minutes, add remaining cheese, bake 5–10 more minutes.
Tip: Top with sour cream and guac for taco-night vibes.
