Chicken Tater Tot Casserole
This is your classic creamy comfort food—chicken, veggies, and tots all in one cozy bake.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 (28–32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, mix soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in chicken, veggies, and 1 cup cheese.
- Spread mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish.
- Arrange tater tots on top in a single layer.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, until bubbly and tots are golden.
- Sprinkle remaining ½ cup cheese on top, return to oven for 5–10 minutes.
- Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Tip: Swap in rotisserie chicken for extra-easy prep.
