Bacon Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole
Everything you love about a bacon cheeseburger layered into one tasty casserole.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup diced onion
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cooked, crumbled bacon
- 1 (28–32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
- Optional: diced pickles for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet. Drain grease.
- Stir in ketchup and mustard, simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Spread mixture into a greased 9×13 pan. Top with bacon and half the cheese.
- Arrange tater tots on top and bake for 40 minutes.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese and bake 5–10 minutes longer.
- Top with pickles if desired.
Tip: Use dill relish instead of chopped pickles for quicker topping.
