Buffalo Chicken Tater Tot Casserole
A spicy, cheesy, totally crave-worthy twist for fans of buffalo anything.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 (28–32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
- Optional: green onions and blue cheese crumbles for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix chicken with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing.
- Spread into a greased 9×13 dish and sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.
- Top with tater tots and bake 40–45 minutes.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese and optional toppings, bake 5–10 minutes more.
Tip: Want it creamier? Add ¼ cup cream cheese to the chicken mixture.
