Cracked Out Chicken Tater Tot Casserole
Loaded with everything good: ranch, bacon, cheddar, and chicken—all under a blanket of crispy tots.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cooked, crumbled bacon
- 1 (28–32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
- Optional: green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together sour cream, soup, and ranch seasoning.
- Stir in chicken, bacon, and 1 cup cheese.
- Spread mixture into a greased 9×13 pan and top with tater tots.
- Bake for 40 minutes, sprinkle with remaining cheese, and bake 5–10 more minutes.
- Garnish with green onions if desired.
