Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Directions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef. As it cooks, add the soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger, stirring until the beef is fully browned and the flavors combine.
- While the beef is cooking, steam the broccoli florets until tender.
- In a small bowl, make the Yum Yum sauce by mixing the mayonnaise, ketchup, rice vinegar, smoked paprika, sugar, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth and creamy.
- To serve, place the cooked rice into bowls, top with the teriyaki beef and steamed broccoli.
- Drizzle the Yum Yum sauce over the top and serve immediately.
