Thanksgiving Pizza might sound a little over the top, but once you try it, you’ll wonder why you didn’t do it sooner. Start with a flatbread or pizza crust, spread a layer of mashed potatoes or gravy, and top it with shredded turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and a sprinkle of cheese. Bake until everything is hot and melty, and you’ve got a pizza that hits all the cozy holiday notes.

This is one of my go-to “fun with leftovers” recipes, but you can also make it totally from scratch using store-bought ingredients. It comes together quickly and feels creative without being fussy. Plus, it’s a great way to sneak in another round of Thanksgiving flavors without repeating the exact same plate.

It’s especially fun for casual gatherings or Friendsgiving nights where you want something a little unexpected. Slice it up like any regular pizza, and let everyone dig in. It’s comfort food with a clever twist.
