Zesty Skillet Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Juice of 1 lime
8 small tortillas (flour or corn)
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Sour cream or crema (optional)

Directions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and season with chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is browned and fully cooked.
- Squeeze lime juice over the chicken and stir to coat.
- Warm tortillas and fill with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and any extras you love.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
Notes
- Add sliced avocado or shredded cheese for extra richness.
Want it spicy? Throw in some sliced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce.
