Grilled Mahi Mahi Tacos with Cilantro Ranch

Ingredients:
- 1 lb mahi mahi fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon ranch dressing
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Shredded lettuce or slaw
- Tortillas
Instructions:
- Brush fish with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill over medium heat 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Whisk together sour cream, mayo, cilantro, ranch, and lime juice.
- Warm tortillas, flake the grilled fish, and top with lettuce and sauce.
Tip: No grill? Use a grill pan or even bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes.
