Grilled Mahi Mahi Tacos with Cilantro Ranch

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb mahi mahi fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayo
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Shredded lettuce or slaw
  • Tortillas

Instructions:

  1. Brush fish with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Grill over medium heat 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through.
  3. Whisk together sour cream, mayo, cilantro, ranch, and lime juice.
  4. Warm tortillas, flake the grilled fish, and top with lettuce and sauce.
