Maple Dijon Baked Salmon

Sweet, tangy, and just fancy enough to feel like you put in more effort than you did. Great for picky eaters and maple lovers alike.
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Whisk together mustard, maple syrup, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon on a lined baking sheet and brush with the glaze.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until cooked through and slightly caramelized.
