Crockpot Tater Tot Casserole
The easiest way to tater tot your way to dinner—just layer it all and let the slow cooker do its thing.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup milk
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (28–32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown ground beef with onion. Drain fat.
- In a bowl, mix soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half the tater tots in the bottom of a greased slow cooker.
- Add beef mixture, pour soup mixture over, then top with cheese.
- Add remaining tater tots on top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
- Garnish with green onions or parsley before serving.
Tip: Line your crockpot with a disposable liner for easy cleanup.
